Terms of Service

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use LGBTalk.
2. User Content. You are responsible for what you post. LGBTalk is a hosting provider and does not pre-approve content.
3. Prohibited Conduct. See Community Rules. Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
4. Moderation. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or report activity when policies or law are violated.
5. No Warranties. Service provided “as is”.
6. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGBTalk and its operators are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
7. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
